What inspired the creation of KLŌS Fine Pet Salon?
I wanted to reimagine what pet care could look and feel like. As someone who has worked closely with small businesses across the country, I’ve seen how thoughtful design and deep purpose can transform industries. With KLŌS, I saw an opportunity to elevate pet grooming—especially in communities like Milton, where pets are truly part of the family. Our goal was to create a space where dogs are not only pampered, but genuinely cared for through personalized, science-based treatments.
KLŌS feels more like a wellness retreat than a traditional grooming salon. Was that intentional?
Very much so. The experience begins before the dog even walks through our doors—from reserved parking for safe drop-off to the calming ambiance inside the salon. We’ve eliminated the chaos and noise often associated with grooming environments. Every detail at KLŌS is designed to reflect tranquility, intention, and care. That philosophy extends to how we treat each dog—with patience, personalization, and respect.
You’re among the few salons in the U.S. offering Iv San Bernard therapies. Why did you choose this brand?

It’s pronounced like ‘close’—because that’s what we honor: the close bond between pet and human. That closeness is sacred. KLŌS exists to nurture it.
